Role: Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Role Overview

This Role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, with the communication skills and creative thinking to introduce a range of advertising services to new customers whilst also supporting existing clients with their ongoing advertising campaigns. 

You will work along with the Sales Manager and the team and will maintain high call volumes in order to achieve revenue expectations through selling creative advertising to a range of clients.

Key Accountabilities

Sales

• Responsible for all aspects of managing a sale from initial communication, negotiation and confirmation of sale
• To reach daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• To achieve ‘new business’ sales targets and objectives
• To ensure the required levels of sales calls are achieved daily
• To be professional and deliver excellent customer service at all times
• To contribute to the strategic development of the business

Person Specification - Essential Criteria

Experience

• Previous B2b  sales experience
• Experience working to deadlines and targets
• At least 4 GCSE’s Grade C and above or equivalent

Knowledge

• Commercial understanding of sales industry

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Excellent organisational skills
• Be able to multi task and balance needs of clients and business
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to work on your own and within a team environment
• Set high standards and consistently achieve them
• Ability to perform effectively when there are pressure peaks
• Motivated and ability to work towards deadlines and targets
• Positive attitude with high levels of positivity

Salary

• Salary 23K plus uncapped commission  and  Bonuses
• Realistic Career Progression
• Realistic OTE potential in excess of 35K per annum
