Belfast’s Betterhomes is the ‘Best in Ireland’

December 2014 - South Side Advertiser

Belfast-based Betterhomes, Northern Ireland's premier home improvement company has been awarded the 'Best in Ireland' trophy in the highly coveted, national Network Veka awards, for the third year running.

The 16 year-old, north Belfast company, which specializes in uPVC windows, doors and conservatories, was also a finalist for the 'Overall National Winner' Award, and was the only company in Northern Ireland recognised.

Network VEKA is a national body, set-up to redress the balance of customer opinion in a trade marred by unscrupulous, rogue operators in the uPVC, doors and conservatory world.

The annual awards ceremony seeks to recognise and reward only the very best, most professional companies in the business.

Betterhomes, has been a member of the respected trade association since 2011, and director David Boyd is thrilled to once again be recognised. He said: “We as a company have invested a lot of time and effort into ensuring we offer the very best products avaiable in the marketplace.

“As members of Network VEKA, our customers can feel safe in the knowledge that all of our products are regualrly inspected and comply to the scrupulous Veka standards, meaning that we undergo extensive training and regular audits for quality.

“We also take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice in an ever-growing competitive market, so for this award to be voted by our customers means all the more to us.

David concluded, “We have always been very proud of the personal, professional service we provide and this win is great way to demonstrate that.”

The Network Veka award was the result of nearly 16,000 households polled by the trade body –and the Belfast company was a clear winner, with six-Times World Snooker Champion and Network VEKA's Brand Ambassador saying: “There's only one way for companies to receive these awards and that's to impress each and every customer they deal with.

“It's customer satisfaction questionnaires that contribute to the vote, and for Betterhomes to be Northern Ireland's winner for a third consecutive year is a truly impressive feat.”
